Oral Presentation Guidelines

We welcome you to share your work through an oral presentation. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and impactful session.


General Instructions


  • Title: Use the same title as submitted with your abstract.
  • Q&A: Allocate time for questions within your assigned slot.
  • Final Slide: Include 1–2 key take-home messages summarizing your main points.
  • Language: All presentations must be delivered in English.


Presentation Duration


  • Each session will feature up to five presentations.
  • Each presentation should be no longer than 10 minutes, unless otherwise notified. A reminder pop-up will appear on screen 1 minute before your time ends to help maintain the flow of the program.
  • Timekeeping will be strictly enforced by session chairs to allow adequate time for Q&A.


Slide Preparation


  • Slides should ideally be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Other formats (e.g., PDF) are acceptable, but must be in widescreen format (16:9).
  • Presenters are expected to submit their presentations by email in
  • advance (Within 28th May, 6 pm) to naccconference2026@gmail.com


Important Notes


  • Personal laptops are not permitted for presentation. However, presenters may use a tablet or iPad on stage for reference.
  • For a 10-minute talk, plan for 10 to 12 slides
  • Include a Conflict of Interest (COI) slide before starting your presentation.
  • Carry an extra copy of your presentation on a USB drive and/or email it to yourself as a backup.
  • Maintain a consistent slide layout throughout your presentation.
  • Avoid overcrowding slides with too much detail.
  • Use animations judiciously—excessive animation can distract from your message.


Technical Support


  • A conference room is equipped with a digital screen and digital monitor for presentation.
  • Last-minute edits cannot be made.
  • Please arrive early to your session.
  • Technical support staff will be available to assist as needed.


Best Oral Presentation Award


  • A panel of reviewers will evaluate presentations based on content quality, impact of study, clarity of key messages, and audience engagement during the
  • Q&A session.
  • The Best Oral Presentation will be announced and awarded at the closing ceremony on same day.
