Message from President Organizing Committee

Dear Colleagues, Delegates, and Participants,

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I welcome you to the 6th NACC Congress 2026, organized by the Nepalese Association for Clinical Chemistry (NACC). As the national body representing clinical biochemists across Nepal, NACC remains dedicated to providing leadership in laboratory medicine through service, education, and research, while advocating for the professional rights and recognition of our community.

This year’s congress will be held on May 30, 2026, focusing on a theme that is vital to the future of healthcare in our region: "Transforming Laboratory Medicine in Resource-Limited Settings: The Role of POCT, Digital Integration, and Clinical Impact."

As the landscape of clinical chemistry evolves, we must address the unique challenges of resource-limited environments. This conference highlights how Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) and Digital Integration can bridge gaps in healthcare delivery, ensuring that diagnostic excellence leads to direct and meaningful clinical impact. By embracing these innovations, we can elevate the standards of diagnostics and improve patient outcomes across all reaches of Nepal.

This gathering provides a unique opportunity to engage with distinguished speakers, explore cutting-edge laboratory technologies, and foster partnerships that will shape the future of our profession. I encourage you to actively participate, exchange ideas, and leverage this platform to drive scientific advancements that truly transform patient care.

I look forward to our collective journey toward a more integrated and impactful future for laboratory medicine.

Warm regards,

Prof. Dr. Madhab Lamsal
